Kingly looks to double production

Industry veteran Chris Edmonds has joined sock manufacturer Kingly as its new operations director bringing more than 40 years of experience.

Edmonds said he wanted to make the Sofia-based business the best sock maker in Europe, doubling production capacity in the next six months.

“Over time we can introduce more machinery into the manufacturing unit. We can make many other different products. And the more we can offer our customers, the happier our customers can be,” he said.

Kingly was recently recognised for its denim upcycling project by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in Bulgaria, placing third in the Ecology section.
